My owner is ready for his next adventure, which leaves me the task of finding my new family. I was built to last in 1925 and have spent my life nestled on the hill enjoying spectacular sunrises and tempestuous storms rolling across the horizon. A few years ago my main bathroom had a wonderful makeover and you'll be spoiled for storage and functionality in the large kitchen diner that opens out onto the private patio.

Now for my exciting secret. Downstairs is where opportunity abounds. You'll discover three more bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom, separate entrance and deck, that would make the perfect space for older children, extended family or even an additional income.
